Most people I surveyed told me that these are the top 3 reasons that hold them back:

👉🏻 Not being CONFIDENT in how good their idea is

👉🏻 Don’t know how to evaluate the market opportunity for it

👉🏻 Questioning if the idea would generate enough revenue

During the LIVE 4-day Bootcamp, I'll be hands on with you as we kickstart your startup idea evaluation process.

I will walk you through the step-by-step process for coming up with app business ideas and teach you how to evaluate the market opportunity for them.

I taught this bootcamp many times and saw the lightbulbs go off in entrepreneur's heads on how they can monetize their unique experiences and domain expertise that they have acquired over the years…in ways they they couldn’t even imagine because they didn’t know what they didn’t know.

Whether you’ve been dreaming of starting for years or you have already taken some action steps, by the end of this 4-day bootcamp you’ll be much more empowered and confident of whether or not your idea is worth pursuing.

Training Day #1

Monday, July 11

11am - 12:30am EDT

Why you should build an app business this year

As an hourly wage worker, consultant, or any circumstance where you exchange time for money, your income is limited to the maximum number of hours that you can work. You can’t make more hours in the day.

Even if you have employees, the number of total hours worked can’t scale beyond the number of employees that you have.

The beauty in a software business is that you build it once and sell it to many people and software is not just for what we think are traditionally tech businesses. The most innovation in technology still needs to be created in the traditionally non-technical industries like healthcare, real-estate, construction, lawncare, barbershops, daycare. Think about the technological revolution that is coming and any business that is not going to leverage technology will be left behind.

You will learn:
•Why software products make great business
•Why 2022 is the best time to launch an app business
•The framework for coming up with app business ideas

You will walk away with:
3-5 potential app business ideas

Training Day #2

Tuesday, July 12

11am - 12:30am EDT

How to evaluate the market opportunity for your idea

Two of the most important factors when evaluating a business opportunity is evaluating the market opportunity and how big that market is.  Both will help you determine that the demand is there, to learn how engaged the market is, and how likely they are to pay for your product.

You will learn:
•How much market share do you actually need?
•Are competitors really bad and is being first to market good?
•How to find competitors
•How to do market sizing

You will walk away with:
Competition research for one of your ideas
Calculation of total addressable market for one of your ideas

Training Day #3

Wednesday, July 13

11am - 12:30am EDT

How to determine the earning potential and funding options for your idea

An important factor to consider, when evaluating an idea, is your idea’s earning potential. You’ll need to determine that the business can be profitable enough to reach your revenue goal objections.

You will learn:
• How your business model will determine your idea's earning potential
• Different types of business models
• What are the different funding sources
• Tips for raising money

You will walk away with:
• Calculation of your idea’s total earning potential
• Research funding options for your startup

Training Day #4

Thursday, July 14

11am - 12:30am EDT

What is involved in doing bottom-up market size research

Bottom-up market size research is an important step that will not only inform what your product should be and how it should function, but also, how to market it before a line of code is written.

You will learn:
•How idea validation is different than market size research
•What’s the next step after you validate your idea
•Two skills you need to run an app business as a non-techie

You will walk away with:

  • A clear understanding of whether or not an idea is a good potential investment of time and money.
  • Have a framework for evaluating other potential ideas before committing.

What will be your win as a result of participating?

Here are some wins from past bootcamp attendees:

  • Sabrina got more focused and refined her initial idea
  • Lisa became more confident about her ability to execute
  • Kevin came up with a more profitable idea that he should pursue instead
  • Jane was relieved that her vision for the business was aligned with her goals
  • Alex got clarity on the steps required to bring his idea to life, even as a non-techie
  • Drew zeroed in on a much bigger opportunity leveraging his existing domain expertise
  • Jane was sitting on an idea for 3 years, and finally decided to pursue the idea after the bootcamp

Here’s what to expect July 11-14

Frequently Asked Questions

I work full-time, what is the expected time commitment?

This bootcamp is designed for busy people who don't have a ton of time. Live workshops are 90 minutes long on July 11-14 from 11am - 12:30pm EDT.  If you miss a workshop live, you can watch the replay and get access to homework on your own time via the course dashboard.  You are not required to finish homework for the next day's session and can continue working on your research throughout the bootcamp.  Our goal is for you to have completed market research for at least one of your ideas by the end of the 4 days.

Will the sessions be recorded if I miss one?

Every single training will be recorded and available to rewatch, so you can catch up whenever is best for you. Plus, when you enroll, you will receive a BONUS 30 day training extension which means you’ll have access to all the trainings for a month after the LIVE Bootcamp wraps up. However, after that 30 day extension, the trainings will no longer be available, so make catching up on any missed trainings a priority and schedule your time wisely!

Why is it so affordable to join?

You're right…maybe I should increase the price? Just kidding!

In all seriousness, I taught this bootcamp many times and saw the lightbulbs go off in entrepreneur's heads on how they can monetize their unique experiences and domain expertise that they have acquired over the years…in ways they they couldn’t even imagine because they didn’t know what they didn’t know.

It's incredible to see how after they learn the information:

💡they start to think differently about their idea and what was possible

🚀 they think bigger and

🔥they get inspired to pursue their ideas with more confidence so they can create a new revenue source for themselves and/or their existing business.

Technology is a great way to scale and I believe the information in this bootcamp should be made available to everyone (no matter their financial situation.) That’s why the enrollment price is so affordable.

What is the refund policy?

By the end of Day 1 of this Bootcamp I want you to feel that the price you paid for this workshops was a steal!

If you get to the end of Day 1 and you don’t feel absolutely floored at the value of content you’re receiving, simply email support@techspeak.co by 8:59am ET on Day 2 and we’ll happily issue a full refund, minus the transaction fees.

I have another question.

Please email support@techspeak.co
